Client Success Industry Leader – Compensation Data & Benchmarking Please apply using your English CV. About the Role Do you want to be a strategic partner to complex, global clients, helping them translate compensation data into high‑impact workforce decisions? Are you comfortable owning senior client relationships and advising on compensation practices across multiple markets and industries? If so, this Senior Industry Consultant role is for you. As a Client Success Industry Leader within the Client Success Team, you will be aligned to our global Radford McLagan Compensation Database, acting as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of sophisticated clients. You’ll help them understand our methodologies, optimize their platform experience, and extract actionable insights from our data to shape their compensation strategies and decisions. As industry lines converge and competition for talent increases, the Radford McLagan Compensation Database remains the world’s leading source of benchmark compensation data for better workforce decisions. This role has no direct reports but carries a higher level of ownership, complexity and client accountability than a standard consultant role. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our office. What the Day Will Look Like In this role, you will: Own a portfolio of complex clients: Serve as the primary senior contact for a set of key accounts, building long‑term relationships and ensuring high levels of participation, retention and satisfaction. Coordinate and oversee end‑to‑end client data collection cycles (submission planning, validation, issue resolution, sign‑off) for your portfolio. Lead compensation data analysis and insights: Analyze compensation datasets using advanced Excel and internal tools, interpreting trends, pay positioning and market competitiveness for multiple countries and job families. Translate data into clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations that inform clients’ compensation strategies, governance and pay decisions. Provide advanced job matching and benchmarking guidance: Support and review job matching to benchmark jobs at a more complex level (e.g., executives, hybrid roles, emerging profiles), ensuring adherence to Radford McLagan methodology and market‑mapping best practices. Act as a senior advisor on methodology and platform usage: Guide clients on how to best use our methodologies, platform features and analytical tools, proactively identifying opportunities for them to gain more value from the database. Promote awareness of additional products and services that align with client needs and strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with Industry Leaders, Survey Operations, Product, and other Client Success colleagues to resolve complex client issues, improve processes and share best practices. Ensure effective handovers and continuity of support ahead of any planned or unplanned absence, keeping stakeholders informed. How This Opportunity Is Different As a Client Success Industry Leader, you Will: Operate as a senior individual contributor, with higher expectations around client complexity, analytical depth and solution‑ownership—without people management responsibilities. Combine technical compensation data expertise with senior client interaction and relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, Total Rewards and Compensation leaders. Gain visibility and influence by working closely with Industry Leaders and global teams, and by directly shaping how clients use benchmark data to drive their talent and reward strategies. Skills and Experience that Will Lead to Success Required: Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, market data/analytics, or client‑facing roles in HR consulting or business services. Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including a range of formulas (e.g., vlookup/index‑match, pivots, if/and/or, basic statistics) and comfort handling large datasets. Client‑facing skills: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders, with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience. Adaptability & ownership: Ability to work independently, manage multiple client priorities, and embrace change in a constantly evolving compensation landscape. Language: English proficiency C1 – comfortable leading calls, explaining data insights, and interacting with international clients in English. Preferred (Nice to Have): Background in Compensation / Total Rewards, including exposure to salary surveys, benchmarking and pay structures. Familiarity with Radford McLagan methodology or other market survey methodologies. Experience in a global or multi‑country context, working with diverse markets and stakeholder groups. #LI-KA2 #Hybrid 2587915
