Duties include building ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest classified data from diverse sources such as databases, APIs, streaming, and flat files; architecting data governance frameworks for cataloging, lineage, access control, and classification/tagging aligned to IC data handling policies; implementing analytics and query layers with Athena, Redshift, and EMR in isolated environments; designing cross-domain data transfer workflows with appropriate security controls and approval mechanisms; and ensuring end-to-end data protection through FIPS-validated encryption, fine-grained access, compartmentalization, and audit logging.
