Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+years experience in cloud, data platform, analytics, database, AI, or infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, data engineering, database administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate currently has the ability to obtain Reliability Status screening from a duly authorized department or agency of the Government of Canada. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+years experience in cloud, data platform, analytics, database, AI, or infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, data engineering, database administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+years experience in cloud, data platform, analytics, database, AI, or infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 4+ years experience working on technical projects Experience with cloud-based data migration and modernization strategies across relational and non-relational databases. Strong understanding of data engineering and experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, performance optimization, Business Intelligence and real-time analytics. Deep experience in data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing. Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of key Data & Analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc. Experience in software development practices such as DevOps and CI/CD tool chains for Data workloads (i.e., Jenkins, Azure Developer Services, GitHub) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
