Compliance Data Analyst, Bulgaria

We’re looking for a Compliance Data Analyst with SQL expertise, strong logical reasoning skills, and the ability to use Python, APIs, or similar tools to automate data workflows. This role contributes to the Global Regulatory Reporting team, which is responsible for meeting our global licensing and tax reporting obligations. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Crypto.com’s products and data flows to support timely and accurate regulatory reporting. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is comfortable working independently through complex data problems, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively across teams and time zones. They will possess skills in data analytics, SQL, Python, Jira, large dataset analysis, data reconciliation/validation, and API based integrations.

- Strong ability to write efficient SQL queries across large datasets, with attention to performance and data accuracy; - Experience using Python or similar languages for data processing or automation; - Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment;

Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation of tasks related to the upcoming CARF/DAC8 tax reporting by writing SQL queries to extract data, and validating results for accuracy and completeness; - Support global regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., EMI, MiFID) by preparing and delivering required data, ensuring all tasks within scope are completed;
