To continue the success we are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to support the consumer Iinsights team in delivering consumer, shopper and market insights for the ANZ Food Business that help inform business decisions. Assist with research execution, analysis and reporting while developing expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support consumer, shopper, category, and brand research projects from planning through delivery. Analyse consumer, market, and brand data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Develop clear reports, presentations, and actionable insight stories for stakeholders. Coordinate with research agencies and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and project execution. Maintain insights knowledge sharing, support administrative processes, and contribute to the ANZ Consumer Insights agenda. Qualifications About you: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into compelling business stories. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience through internships, university projects, or 1-2 years in market research, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis capabilities.
