Requires strong experience applying statistical tests and models to validate hypotheses and identify significant trends in customer retention and churn.

- 10+ years of experience in data analytics to drive impactful insights and solutions.
- Must have hands-on experience within Databricks environment.
- Must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining analytics and dashboards to support client decision-making.
- Must have experience with consumer research and retail analytics.
- Demonstrates successful outcomes with quantifiable metrics.
- Incorporate success in integrating AI-driven solutions into analytics projects (strongly desired).
