We are looking for a new colleague to join Contracts Management Team in the role of Contract Management Analyst, having permanent contract. Main responsibilities:

  • Manage contract modification requests
  • Prepare proposals to amend and extend client contracts in line with internal requirements and delegated authority
  • End contracts in the operating system and manage the related status, according to the data provided by the departments involved
  • Manage documents submitted by the sales team to implement contract modifications
  • Prepare fleet statements and sent them to internal and external partners
  • Prepare monthly reports necessary to check contract amendment and contract closure activity

To be able to achieve all of this you need to know what we are looking for:

  • Higher education finalized.
  • Good knowledge of the legislation in force that regulates the activity of companies and leasing companies
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Good level of English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Good communication skills,  time management skills, customer oriented and with a good teamwork spirit.
