The analyst will partner closely with Sales and Business Unit teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and data-driven recommendations.

Applications from recent graduates are welcome. We are open to candidates who are early in their careers but demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for pricing and commercial analysis, along with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary customer pricing partner: Serve as the central pricing contact for assigned accounts, aligning with Sales and Business Unit teams on account pricing strategy and customer growth.

  • Annual price negotiation: Support annual customer price negotiations by analyzing pricing history, market dynamics, profitability, and account strategy to develop data-driven recommendations and drive alignment with Sales and Business Unit teams.

  • Profitability modeling: Develop and maintain pricing analysis tools and profitability models to evaluate promotions, discounts, and custom contract bids.

  • Price leakage tracking: Audit historical sales data to identify and address discounting behaviors, margin discrepancies, and unapproved price exceptions.

  • Customer expertise: Build knowledge of assigned accounts, end-customer relationships, customer ecosystems, and pricing history.

  • Value-based pricing support: Support bundle pricing, system/software pricing, rebates, and other value-based pricing approaches.

  • Cross-functional execution: Present pricing insights in strategy discussions and partner with Sales to develop effective pricing structures for future opportunities.

  • KPI tracking and success matrix adherence: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the pricer success matrix and adhere to defined KPI expectations to support consistent execution, accountability, pricing discipline, and continuous improvement.

  • Applications from recent graduates are welcome: We are open to candidates who are early in their careers but demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for pricing and commercial analysis, along with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

  • Business acumen: Ability to connect pricing decisions to customer growth, gross margin, free cash flow, and account strategy.

  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain pricing rationale to Sales, Business Unit, and executive stakeholders.
