Customs Account Analyst, Junior

The Role
This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering customs documents. In this role you will be processing shipments using standard operating procedures. May obtain additional information or seek guidance from more senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare customs and internal documents accurately with guidance when necessary.
Handling client queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information if needed.
Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs.
Proper escalation and reporting of any issues or delays to Team Leader.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
