We are looking for a technically strong Data Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data analysis rather than simply creating reports. You will work with raw and complex datasets, investigate data quality issues, apply statistical reasoning, and deliver reliable, actionable insights that support business decisions.

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis role with hands-on analytical work beyond reporting.
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries against relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
1+ year of experience using Python (preferred) or R for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
Experience working with raw or unstructured datasets, including documenting transformation logic and analytical assumptions.
Experience using Git for version control.
Familiarity with statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, distributions, and correlation vs. causation.
