Primary Responsibilities:

• The organization is undergoing a significant modernization of its data exchange infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Azure-native solutions, Databricks, and Lakehouse architecture. This role is critical to:
  • Architect and scale data ingestion pipelines along with entrenching business logics that support real-time and batch processing for Risk project that enables business to achieve better outcomes for risk adjustment at lower cost and predict the Financial RAF trend for Medicare population
  • Ensure compliance and performance across data platforms since Risk Adjustment data is pulled from diagnosis data reported from claims and medical record documentation from physician offices, inpatient, and outpatient settings

  • Enable cross-functional analytics by building robust data foundations

     

• User Responsibilities:
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineer with minimum 4+ years of experience working on Cloud technologies - Databricks, ADF, Snowflake and good understanding AI concepts and its implementation
