The (Sr) Data & Analytics Manager plays an important role to  drive the strategic and operational use of data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the manufacturing processes within the organization. They will be responsible for leading a team of data, digital, and IoT experts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize production, streamline operations, and foster innovation as well as maintain the government system for Plant

Core Responsibilities

• Design & leading digital and Data analytic transformation journey for the organization

• Design, set up manufacturing operation system, to manage manufacturing all production performance.

• Submit improvement projects, organize or co-ordinate to finish, improve operation level

• Supervise, control all production indications, give feedback in time, follow up problem solutions, and help to reach targets.

• Make yearly production budget (capacity /labor /power/ material loss /NVO/Project budget /yearly saving, etc.), and do concerning middle year budget, audit, adjust, to reach co. operation target

• Organize, coordinate internal and outer manufacturing co-operation works, to get high efficiency. (not regular)

• Make manufacturing training plan, organize, reinforce training works

• Lead all plant systems projects in area of expertise (iIoT - industrial Internet of Thing) in the assigned plant.  Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.

• Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster system/ digital  utilization.

• Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.

• Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT GSSO and GIT teams

• Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer to R&R matrix detail for each standard.

 

The Individual

Education:

B.A./B.S. Degree in technical/ engineering (preferably in an industrial system engineering or operations management fields)

 

Experience:

8 – 10 years working for Operations/ Industrial engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience)

Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills. Familiar with Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes. Project planning, coordinating & management skills. Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Familiar with SAP, Minitab, database management, programming language like Python, Appscrip, SQL, etc.
