This is a 12-18 months fixed-term contract.

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, market research, data analysis, forecasting, reporting, or another quantitative or data-focused role.
  • Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Experience working with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, advanced Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare data sources is beneficial.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar data platforms would be desirable but is not essential.

How you will contribute

  • Deliver market, brand, customer, and competitive analyses that support commercial strategy and operational planning.

  • Monitor brand performance through KPI tracking and provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Support the design, execution, and management of market research and third-party analytics projects that address key business questions.

  • Generate analytics and reporting that support decision-making across Takeda's commercial portfolio.

  • Help maintain and enhance reporting, dashboarding, and data management capabilities, working closely with the wider Data & Insights team.

  • Partner with commercial and DD&T stakeholders on customer engagement initiatives, including segmentation, targeting, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision support.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide support across the DD&T function when required.

  • Continuously develop new skills, explore emerging technologies, and stay informed on developments in analytics, data, and the pharmaceutical industry.

What you bring to Takeda

Experience
