Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilites: * Execute Technical Program Management for complex, data-driven initiatives within Automation and Autonomy, supporting the Blue River Technologies Autonomy Program Management Organization from ETEC. * Translate local action plans into clear team and program objectives aligned with broader business and technology strategies, driving cross-functional execution. * Lead technical programs through influence without formal authority, aligning engineering, product, data, and platform teams around roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies. * Contribute strategically to ETEC business objectives through a combination of technical contribution, program ownership, and hands-on execution. * Develop and maintain an Agile execution framework, ensuring alignment between strategy, technical milestones, and day-to-day work across teams. * Apply data analytics, statistics, and AI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, informing technical decisions and influencing execution practices and roadmaps. * Program-manage prototyping, selection, and integration of perception sensors (cameras, radar, LiDAR), compute units, custom wire harnesses, power distribution modules, and bracket assemblies onto vehicle platforms. * Collaborate across global and matrixed organizations, supporting one-source-of-truth workspaces through structured documentation, progress tracking, and knowledge sharing. ## What Skills You Need: * 2.5–3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, perception, software engineering, hardware or related technical roles within engineering organizations. * 2.5–3 years of experience working in Agile or iterative development environments, actively contributing to sprint/program execution. * Experience leading technical initiatives without formal authority, influencing outcomes through technical credibility and collaboration. * Experience collaborating across global or matrixed organizations. * Experience working with large-scale datasets in distributed data processing environments. * Experience developing/consuming dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks. * Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and technical documentation best practices. * Ability to facilitate rapid cross-domain troubleshooting when issues arise between physical hardware, electrical noise, firmware/BSP, and software/algorithms. * Ability to gather requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate technical complexity into clear execution plans. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including communicating complex technical and analytical concepts. ## What Makes You Stand Out: * Exposure to machine learning, applied AI, or advanced analytics, including feature preparation, model support, or performance monitoring. * Familiarity with the full product lifecycle in technical programs, particularly within Automation, Autonomy, Robotics, or complex system domains. * Strategic mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and influence technical execution practices. * Background or formal education in Systems Engineering or related disciplines. * Exposure to Computer Vision or perception systems is a plus (data preparation, evaluation, or pipeline enablement). * Experience developing and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines (batch and/or streaming). * Experience using Databricks or similar cloudbased analytics platforms. * Proven track record of taking one-off hardware/harness and formalizing them into enterprise-wide standards and modular hubs. ## Education: * Data Engineering * Computer Science or similar. * Digital Systems, and Robotics Engineering * Mechatronics Engineering This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
