Skills and Competencies 

  • Experience reviewing commercial contracts and maintaining accurate customer, transaction, and entitlement data in customer relationship management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to data quality, compliance, and operational accuracy
  • Ability to analyze contractual and operational data, identify anomalies and risks, and escalate issues using sound judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration
  • Ability to organize competing priorities and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote is strongly preferred

Education

  • Salesforce Administrator training required; certification is preferred

  • Analyze contracts approaching renewal to identify contractual or data-related issues, risks, and opportunities for Sales
  • Maintain accurate client, transaction, subscription, and entitlement data in Salesforce and related business tools
  • Monitor data proactively, investigate anomalies, and drive data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Complete booked-verification activities for closed contracts and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration to resolve issues and provide responsive customer service . Contribute to initiatives that improve data quality, efficiency, transparency, and operational accuracy 

About the Team 
Our Sales Operations team supports the global Sales organization and the broader Moody’s Analytics business across the lead-to-cash process, with a focus on request-for-proposal responses, contract drafting and negotiation, and sales booking. The team partners with stakeholders across the company to execute business strategy, meet client expectations, and support compliance with legal, financial, and internal requirements. By joining the team, you will contribute to a collaborative global function, gain exposure to a broad range of products and stakeholders, and help improve operational quality through data, technology, and responsible use of artificial intelligence
