- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements
- Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows: Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding to accelerate development, write tests, optimize complex problems, and ship faster
- Product ownership/ product management proven experience — able to take a problem end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ability to make it reliable
- Strong SQL skills required; dbt or similar transformation-tooling experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse) - nice-to-have
- Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues
- Marketing or revenue data domain experience
- Availability to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours with future relocation to Latin America
- Fluent English (able to have client calls)
