As our new Data Scientist - AWS, you will leverage data, machine learning, and Generative AI to solve complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights for our clients. You will design, develop, and optimize data science, analytics, and AI solutions on AWS, transforming business requirements into scalable models and intelligent applications. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will leverage modern AWS services and emerging technologies, including Amazon Bedrock, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, to drive innovation and business value. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions to address business challenges.  
  • Analyze and prepare data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, reliability, and suitability for data science and AI use cases.  
  • Design, build, and evaluate ML models, LLM-powered applications, and AI-driven workflows using AWS services and industry best practices.  
  • Analyze complex business and data challenges, translating them into effective data science and AI solutions.  
  • Troubleshoot and improve model performance, data pipelines, and AI applications across cloud environments.  
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate project effort, and contribute to solution design and delivery planning.  
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to present findings, communicate recommendations, and successfully deliver project objectives. 

 


What we need to see from you

  • Professional experience in data, AI, or cloud-focused role, such as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Data Engineer, Python Developer, or Cloud Engineer 
  • Strong programming and analytical skills, including Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, boto3) and SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data and AI services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, and/or Amazon SageMaker 
  • Experience developing or applying machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical models, or AI-driven solutions to solve business problems 
  • Strong interest or practical experience in Generative AI, including Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI solutions 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, explain analytical findings, and take ownership of deliverables 
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, with familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, LangChainLlamaIndex, Apache Spark, and AWS certifications considered an advantage
