Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists. * Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career development. * Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture of experimentation and continuous learning. * Manage hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation across projects. Solution Development & Delivery * Oversee end-to-end solution development of models and tools for Yield/Quailtiy/Equip Efficiency/Labor Productivity, and AI tools/what-if analysis. * Drive analytics for manufacturing value engineering—identifying the actionbable solutions to drive Site Goals. * Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and integrated into business workflows and decision-making. * Establish best practices for model development, validation, monitoring, and governance. AI Innovation & Emerging Technology * Drive the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies, Generative AI (LLMs), AI agents and multi-agent systems, and emerging interoperability standards such as Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). * Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and translate new capabilities into practical, responsible business applications.
