These roles will play a critical part in translating business and customer requirements into scalable, reliable, and cost-effective service solutions. The Service Architects will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product management, and commercial teams to ensure service offerings are technically sound, operationally viable, and aligned with existing and planned infrastructure. <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> Key Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li>Design end-to-end service architectures spanning space, ground, and terrestrial network domains</li> <li>Translate customer and business requirements into detailed technical service designs</li> <li>Define service models, workflows, and operational processes (fulfillment, assurance, lifecycle management)</li> <li>Collaborate with:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Network Engineering (capacity, topology, platforms)</li> <li>Product & Commercial teams (service definition and packaging)</li> <li>Operations (NOC, service delivery, support readiness)</li> </ul> <li>Develop standardized service templates and design frameworks to accelerate delivery</li> <li>Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, resilience, and security requirements</li> <li>Support cost modeling and business case development for new services</li> <li>Participate in customer engagements as the technical authority when needed</li> <li>Contribute to technology roadmaps and architectural strategy</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> Required Qualifications <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field</li> <li>8+ years of experience in telecommunications, networking, or satellite services</li> <li>Proven experience in service architecture / solution design</li> <li>Strong understanding of:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>IP networking (MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols)</li> <li>Satellite communications and ground infrastructure</li> <li>Network service delivery models and lifecycle</li> </ul> <li>Experience with end-to-end service design across multiple domains</li> <li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-aligned solutions</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> Preferred Qualifications <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in satellite operators, service providers, or global network environments</li> <li>Familiarity with:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Media architecture to include both Occassional and Dedicated solutions</li> <li>SDN / NFV architectures</li> <li>Network orchestration and automation platforms</li> <li>Cloud networking and hybrid architectures</li> </ul> <li>Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks</li> <li>Experience with product development and service commercialization</li> <li>Exposure to MEF standards or similar service frameworks</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> Key Competencies <ul type="disc"> <li>Strategic thinking and system-level design</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration</li> <li>Problem-solving in complex technical environments</li> <li>Customer-focused solutioning</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> Why This Role Matters These positions are critical to enabling the company’s next-generation service portfolio, ensuring we can deliver scalable, high-performance connectivity solutions to customers globally while optimizing network efficiency and cost. The salary range for this full-time position is $83,520 - $120,600 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographic location. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on work location and a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
