Take a leadership role in AI governance, including monitoring and applying evolving global AI rules, partnering with internal practice or engineering teams to test generative tools, build legal prompt frameworks, redesign operational processes, and evaluate AI system outputs for bias, security vulnerabilities, and intellectual property infringement.
Assist with legal aspects of strategic corporate development initiatives. Perform ad hoc research projects. Qualifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience within a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology or financial services firm, or within a related industry
- Member in good standing of New York Bar or another state or jurisdiction
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment
- High level of integrity
- Organized and detailed oriented with big picture capability
- Practical understanding of machine learning architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and tech platforms
