Job description
You combine deep expertise in measurement, analytics, and modern data platforms with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on business and technology decisions. Having built these capabilities yourself, you understand both the opportunities and the trade-offs involved.
Clients rely on you to quickly understand their challenges, identify where value can be created, and provide a practical path forward. Whether assessing a measurement framework, reviewing a data platform, or helping shape a data strategy, you connect business ambition with technical execution.
Success in this role is not about implementing technology. It is about helping clients improve performance, increase digital maturity, and make better use of data to drive business outcomes.
Job Description:
What you'll do
- Advise clients on data, analytics, measurement, and technology opportunities.
- Assess current capabilities and identify opportunities to increase business value.
- Help shape measurement strategies, data capabilities, technology roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Connect business objectives with practical and scalable solutions.
- Support business development by turning client challenges into credible, deliverable approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Measurement & Analytics
Strong expertise in digital measurement, tracking, analytics, and customer journey analysis, including platforms such as:
- GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics (pré)
- Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch (pré), or similar solutions
- Experimentation and optimisation platforms
You can quickly assess whether an organisation is measuring the right things and whether its data can be trusted.
Data & Technology
Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including:
- Data modelling, integration, governance, and quality
- Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms
- Customer Data Platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
You understand how to establish scalable data foundations that enable analytics, decisioning, personalisation, and AI.
Consulting & Advisory
You build trust quickly, simplify complexity, and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
You are comfortable working with both senior executives and technical specialists, translating challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
What success looks like
You are the person clients call when they need clarity, confidence, and direction.
You help them answer four critical questions:
- Are we creating enough value from our data?
- Do we have the right foundations for analytics, decisioning, personalisation, and AI?
- Where should we invest to create the greatest business impact?
- What is the most practical path forward?
Most importantly, you help clients build scalable measurement capabilities and data architectures that turn data into better decisions, more relevant customer experiences, and measurable business growth.
Clients trust your advice because it is grounded in real-world experience and focused on outcomes, not theory.
