As Digital Analytics Manager (12-month contract), you'll lead the implementation of digital measurement across our web and app platforms. Working closely with personalisation, product, UX and development teams, you'll translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions, ensuring accurate tracking, audience creation and personalised customer experiences. From solution design through to testing, deployment and optimisation, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted data and insights that drive better customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with personalistion, UX, Product and Technology teams to translate customer journeys and business requirements into effective measurement solutions.

  • Configure and manage Digital Analytics & Data systems currently Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP) and Adobe Target to deliver accurate data and personalised experiences.

  • Own testing, UAT, deployment and ongoing production support, ensuring reliable tracking and trusted reporting across digital channels.

  • Support experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing, insights generation and the ongoing enhancement of analytics frameworks and documentation

What you’ll bring 

  • 3+ years' experience in digital analytics across website and app environments, with hands-on experience in analytics and tag management platforms.

  • Strong working knowledge of Digital Analytics & Data Systems such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CDP’s), A/B Testing & Personalisation software including implementation, configuration and optimisation.

  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking, data layers and event-based measurement, with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and debugging tools.

  • Proven ability to develop analytics requirements, manage testing and releases, and deliver trusted data and reporting solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience using experimentation and optimisation to improve digital performance and conversion outcomes.
