From the employer’s posting
Health systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare provider organizations are all trying to address a common enterprise problem: our data should be telling us more than it is, so what is in the way, and how can we develop a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to our mission? Our Data Management & Analytics – Advisory team answers that question. We go into an organization, map how data moves and where it stalls, quantify what the friction costs, and hand leadership a case for change they can act on and fund. As a Senior Analyst you sit at the center of that work. You will support current-state analysis, build the value stream maps that make bottlenecks visible, size the gap between where a client is and where they need to be, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps an executive committee can approve. You will work within a broader assessment team to develop future state vision statements and develop executable roadmaps. Role Responsibilities Include
