We also have plenty of fun outside of work in our monthly company socials, previous activities have included: escape rooms, bowling, arcade, boat trips, laser tag.

Why this role exists...

As demand for data focused decision-making continues to grow, so does the need for guidance in turning raw data into helpful insights. At Snap Analytics, we partner with enterprise businesses worldwide to modernise their data platforms and help organisations make the most of their data.

We’re looking for Graduate Data Consultants who can bridge the gap between technical analysis and strategic impact. This role is central to helping our clients address challenges through data, whether that’s building dashboards, designing data models, or advising on analytics strategy.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, curious, and client-focused team that’s passionate about making data meaningful. If you enjoy learning new technologies, experimenting with tools, and helping organisations make smarter choices, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing...

As a Graduate Data Consultant, you’ll play a central role in supporting client projects and developing internal capabilities. You’ll work closely with delivery leads and team members to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Exploring and learning new technologies and concepts with guidance from your Delivery Lead
  • Creating demo content and proof of concepts (PoCs) for client engagements
  • Building internal tools and systems, such as reporting solutions, based on defined specifications
  • Supporting Snap’s client projects by contributing to high-quality work that delivers meaningful value
  • Documenting new technologies and sharing knowledge across the team
  • Getting involved in wider business activities where needed, including finance, marketing, and sales support
In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:
  • Gaining hands-on experience with cloud analytics tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Matillion
  • Delivering your first PoC or internal tool that contributes meaningful outcomes
  • Building strong relationships within the team and contributing to collaborative problem-solving

What you'll need to succeed...

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration.

You might be a great fit if you have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in any subject (predicted or achieved)
  • A genuine interest in data, analytics, and cloud technologies (do you have any work experience or have you been involved in personal projects to demonstrate this?)
  • Technical aptitude or demonstrable skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to take the initiative in projects
  • Clear and effective communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to programming languages like Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with data integration tools
  • Understanding of data modelling and databases
  • Awareness of data warehousing concepts
