  • Independently manage BAU enhancements and smaller-scale change initiatives through analysis, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and mapping documentation.
  • Strengthen data quality, validation processes, and operational controls across data platforms and interfaces.
  • Support a broad range of business users and stakeholders across asset management functions and downstream consumer groups.
  • Create and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge artifacts to support effective delivery and reduce key-person dependency.
  • Support knowledge transfer and build capability to strengthen the long-term operating model for both BAU support and change delivery.
  • Promote strong governance, risk awareness, and clear ownership across data sets, interfaces, and operational processes.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
