At Fujitsu, our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. Founded in Japan in 1935, Fujitsu has been a pioneer in technology and innovation for decades. Today, as a world-leading digital transformation partner, we are committed to transforming business and society in the digital age.

With approximately 99,000 employees across over 50 countries, Fujitsu offers a broad range of products, services, and solutions. We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ARE YOU READY TO ARCHITECT THE FUTURE OF DATA AND AI IN THE CARIBBEAN?

At Fujitsu Caribbean, we are at a critical inflection point. We are shifting to essential, high-impact business transformation. We are seeking an entrepreneurial executive to build our Data and AI business from the ground up, turning data into a strategic business asset that drives regional competitive advantage.

This is not a traditional management role. This is a quota-bearing executive mandate to define and scale Fujitsu Caribbean’s Data and AI business. You will sit at the intersection of Fujitsu’s global innovation powerhouse and the specific, evolving needs of the Caribbean market.

THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As the primary architect of our regional Data and AI strategy, you will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of our portfolio - from opportunity creation to measurable customer outcomes. You will mobilize global resources to shape the regional landscape, ensuring that Fujitsu is positioned as the region’s most trusted transformation partner.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Growth & P&L Ownership: Define and execute the regional growth strategy. You are directly accountable for bookings, revenue, recurring revenue, gross margin, and pipeline development.
  • Strategic Market Leadership: Identify and prioritize high-value country, sector, and customer opportunities. You will shape investment decisions and translate market trends into actionable, repeatable, and scalable offerings.
  • End-to-End Customer Transformation: Lead high-value pursuits, acting as the primary strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders. You will guide customers from vision through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Build a high-performing ecosystem of global tech providers, academic institutions, and regional partners to accelerate capability-transfer and speed-to-market.
  • Responsible AI & Governance: Champion the ethical and secure use of technology. You will establish the frameworks for data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance that serve as the foundation of our market credibility.
  • Capability Development: Build internal regional expertise through workforce planning, hiring, and fostering a culture of data literacy and AI adoption.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a seasoned leader who seamlessly bridges the gap between "Executive" and "Technologist." You possess the gravitas to command a boardroom and the grit to build a business from white space.

  • A Proven Builder: Deep experience in portfolio leadership and P&L management, with a track record of achieving aggressive growth targets in complex environments.
  • A Strategic Architect: You possess an executive-level understanding of data strategy, information architecture, enterprise AI, Generative AI, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • A Master Negotiator: You have successfully shaped complex pursuits and negotiated strategic partnerships in multinational matrix environments.
  • A Change Leader: You thrive in uncertain environments and have the entrepreneurial mindset to turn emerging technologies into scalable, commercially viable business models.
  • An Inclusive Collaborator: You excel at navigating diverse stakeholder groups and fostering collaboration across multi-cultural teams.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or a related discipline. (Postgraduate qualification is a strong asset).
  • Leadership Track Record: Extensive senior experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or technology-enabled growth.
  • Commercial Rigor: Demonstrated accountability for a significant business or portfolio P&L.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage C-suite relationships, and negotiate complex strategic partnerships.
  • Market Context: A strong understanding of operating across diverse regulatory environments; Caribbean market experience is strongly advantageous.
  • Mobility: Willingness to undertake regional and international travel to support business objectives.

WHY JOIN FUJITSU CARIBBEAN?

You will have the backing of a global leader, the autonomy to set regional priorities, and the unique opportunity to define the AI roadmap for an entire region. This is a defining role for a leader who wants to leave a lasting legacy in the digital transformation of the Caribbean.

Ready to lead the AI revolution?
If you are a visionary leader prepared to turn ambition into action, let’s build the future together.

At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants. We believe that hiring people from a wide variety of backgrounds makes us stronger, not because it's the right thing to do, but because it allows us to draw on a wider range of perspectives and life experiences.
