Required Skills and Experience:• Strong knowledge of HR analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and data-driven decision-making techniques. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Experience supporting compensation, benefits, performance management, or HR consulting activities is preferred. Qualifikationen

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs for large organizations.
• Proven expertise in complex HR data analytics, reporting, and compensation modeling.
• Prior exposure to workforce planning, organizational design, or change management initiatives.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or within multinational organizations.
