Job Purpose As we enter a period of accelerated digital transformation, the HR Data Scientist will play a critical role in evolving our People Operations from a transactional function into a highly proactive, predictive, and strategic powerhouse. In this role, you will design, build, and implement advanced analytics models, automate data pipelines, and integrate complex HR systems. You will translate raw people data into strategic insights that drive workforce planning, talent acquisition efficiency, employee retention, and compliance initiatives. Collaborating closely with our senior HRIS and data architecture specialists, you will help shape the future of how we attract, develop, and retain global talent. - Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to address critical talent challenges (e.g., flight-risk/retention modeling, workforce demand forecasting, and candidate success profiling).
