Job description

As an Human Resources Operations Analyst, you'll support the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our HR operations. You'll serve as an analytical resource for project management, HRIS administration, recurring reporting, compliance execution, and day-to-day operational support. As the ideal candidate, you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, improving processes, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. Reports to Director of People Operations.
 
  • Act as project lead for system implementations and integrations under guidance from HR leadership.
  • Maintain overall HR system admin architecture and backup for day-to-day administration of HR Systems, including data maintenance and cleanup, role and workflow updates, and program administration.
  • Build, maintain, and run metric dashboards, standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR leadership, and compliance needs. Prepare summary analysis and routine metrics for board meetings.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvement. Collaborate with HR leaders to create seamless employee lifecycle workflows.
  • Work with shared service departments and venue operations teams to understand and evaluate HR's role in organizational processes.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for defined HR projects, such as performance review cycle launches, job description updates, and documentation.
  • Lead projects for HR programs, including mailings, data tracking, and awards or recognition logistics. Track timelines, deliverables, and documentation for assigned HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and execute recurring compliance tasks, processes, and reporting using established templates, calendars and guidance.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, reporting calendars, and audit-readiness materials.
  • Follow all corporate standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations. Maintain personal integrity, support company principles, and follow brand SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in HR, Analytics, Technology, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related HR support role
  • Experience with system integrations and data feeds
  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in improving processes through data; comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, recurring reports, and data analysis
  • Willingness to tackle both analytical and administrative responsibilities as part of a collaborative HR team
  • Effective written communication skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Able to prioritize work, stay organized, and escalate issues appropriately
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage routine, deadline-driven work accurately
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) strongly preferred
 
Physical Requirements 
Speak and hear to communicate and use both near and far vision. Frequently sit with some walking and standing for office/property navigation. Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Continually use gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use.
 
Working Conditions
In-office position based in a corporate environment with individual workspaces and shared common areas which support focused work while encouraging regular interaction among colleagues. Moderate background noise typical of a collaborative office setting.
