One day you may be helping to resolve a system configuration issue; the next, you could be supporting to improve onboarding journeys across multiple countries, producing HR reporting, or developing clear operating procedures for our HR Shared Services team. What you will do
Provide functional support for Oracle HCM and related HR technology, investigating user queries, system issues and process failures. Support HR system changes from initial requirements through testing, implementation, user communications and post-implementation review. Partner with technical teams to help configure and improve HR processes, including employee and manager self-service, workflows, absence and leave processes, benefits and approvals.
Review HR system data for accuracy, completeness and consistency; identify root causes of issues and help implement sustainable controls and improvements. Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, data extracts and dashboards for HR, Payroll, Finance, leadership and regulatory reporting. Support data gathering and validation for key workforce reporting, including diversity-related analysis, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data governance.

Desirable - Oracle HCM experience across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Journeys, Helpdesk, reporting, security or workflow. - Experience supporting system configuration, release management, user acceptance testing or regression testing.

What you will do
- Provide functional support for Oracle HCM and related HR technology, investigating user queries, system issues and process failures.
- Support HR system changes from initial requirements through testing, implementation, user communications and post-implementation review.
- Partner with technical teams to help configure and improve HR processes, including employee and manager self-service, workflows, absence and leave processes, benefits and approvals.
- Review HR system data for accuracy, completeness and consistency; identify root causes of issues and help implement sustainable controls and improvements.
- Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, data extracts and dashboards for HR, Payroll, Finance, leadership and regulatory reporting.
- Support data gathering and validation for key workforce reporting, including diversity-related analysis, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data governance.
- Work with Payroll and HR Shared Services to understand the downstream impact of system changes and ensure effective data reconciliation and hand-offs.
- Help design, document and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits enrolment, leave and family-related processes, organisational changes and employee records.
- Develop practical process documentation, standard operating procedures, user guidance and knowledge materials that enable consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
- Support employee and manager communications relating to HR systems, benefits and new processes, ensuring information is accurate, clear and easy to use.
- Coordinate with external providers and internal technical teams to track incidents, enhancements, access issues, system configuration and service improvements.
- Work across legal entities and countries, identifying where HR processes need local variation while maintaining appropriate global consistency.
- Bring a continuous-improvement mindset: challenge manual workarounds, identify recurring themes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
What you will bring
Essential experience and skills
- Experience in an HR systems, HRIS, HR data, people operations or HR shared-services role.
- Experience using and supporting an enterprise HR system; Oracle HCM experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, benefits, absence or leave and organisational data.
- Experience investigating system or data issues and working with technical teams, providers or internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, including reviewing large datasets, reconciling information and identifying exceptions or trends.
- Experience producing HR reports, management information, data extracts or dashboards.
- Experience supporting process mapping, process documentation, SOP development or employee/manager guidance.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn technical or policy information into clear, practical content.
- Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and a strong commitment to confidential handling of employee information.
- A collaborative style and confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, senior leaders and external suppliers.
Desirable
- Oracle HCM experience across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Journeys, Helpdesk, reporting, security or workflow.
- Experience supporting system configuration, release management, user acceptance testing or regression testing.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll interfaces, data reconciliation and system controls.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Jira or case-management technology.
- Knowledge of GDPR, HR data governance, data quality controls and audit requirements.
- Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-country or matrix organisation.
- Experience designing onboarding journeys, benefits communications or employee-facing HR content.
