As a HR Technology Analyst at ICON, you will support and optimizing HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for human resources deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and supporting HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
• Providing technical support and training to HR users, facilitating effective use of HR technology platforms.
• Staying updated on HR technology trends and best practices to recommend improvements in HR system capabilities.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and a good understanding of HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to support and problem-solving.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and driving improvements in HR operations.
