Job description

• Support KD/Export Warehouse operations from inbound receipt through warehousing, deconsolidation, kitting, vanning and shipment activities.

• Support implementation of Ford Safety requirements and standards.

• Coordinate with customers, LLP, freight forwarders, shipping lines and suppliers.

• Monitor customer schedules and support timely delivery of KD kits.

• Support inventory management and Free Trade Zone customs compliance.

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and variance reconciliation.

• Verify export packaging and container loading compliance.

• Support receiving, repacking, kitting, consolidation, container stuffing, haulage and customs clearance.

• Coordinate shipment documentation with Taxation, GTS and Customs teams.

• Support new program launches, model changes and new Trading Company launches.

• Support claim investigation and resolution activities.

• Monitor KPI performance and assist continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support cost reduction and container utilization improvement actions.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Verify billing invoices and support payment processing.

• Support digitalization initiatives including Power BI, Power Automate, RPA and IoT.

• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required

• Strong understanding of warehousing, KD operations, logistics and supply chain.

• Knowledge of inventory management, shipment methods and export operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI and related analytical tools.

Preferred

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of Ford systems and customs processes.

• Experience with automation and digital technologies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

• 1-3 years experience in warehousing, logistics, export operations or supply chain.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Moderate walking within warehouse operational areas.

• Ability to travel as needed.

Working Conditions

• Standard warehouse office environment with regular warehouse visits.

• Moderate noise level.

• Occasional travel may be required.
