What You'll Do
- Assist with collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing datasets from multiple business and operational data sources.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives that help improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business partners to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
- Assist with projects related to underwriting, claims, risk control, marketing, or other strategic business initiatives.
- Validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and help improve data integrity and governance processes.
- Present findings, recommendations, and key insights to team members and business stakeholders.
- Document analytical processes and contribute to the development of repeatable, scalable solutions.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for working with data.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis techniques, and basic predictive modeling concepts.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the "why" behind business problems.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative, learn new technologies, and continuously develop new skills.
