Location: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo - Indaiatuba Function: Data and Analytics (CA) Title: JR Business Intelligence Analyst - Indaiatuba/SP - 124584 ## As a Business Intelligence Analyst based in our Indaiatuba, SP, Brazil office, on the John Deere Financial (JDF) Global Operational Analytics (GOA) team, you will support analytics products primarily serving the US & Canada Retail Credit Delivery domain. The team also provides analytical support for the Global Loan Review and Global Fraud teams within JDF. Working with stakeholders across Brazil, North America, and India, you will help develop, maintain, and enhance analytic solutions that improve operational decision making and business performance. The role currently utilizes Tableau & Power BI with an increasing emphasis on Databricks-based data preparation, automation, monitoring, and knowledge management capabilities. ## Main Responsibilities * Develop and support dashboards, reports, and analytics products using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, and related technologies * Build and maintain data preparation, transformation, and validation processes * Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, insights, risks, and improvement opportunities * Support implementation of monitoring, alerting, documentation, and knowledge management capabilities across the analytics portfolio * Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs * Support production operations, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities * Collaborate with data engineer, analytics product manager, and senior technical team members throughout the analytics product lifecycle * Contribute ideas that improve the team's architecture, delivery practices, product quality, and long-term maintainability ## Skills You Need * Bachelor's degree completed in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related field * Advanced English: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, debate, negotiate, and present to stakeholders and leaders * Experience with, or strong interest, in Tableau, Power BI, and/or Databricks * Intermediate to advanced SQL skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and technical teams * Interest in learning new technologies and expanding technical and business expertise ## What Makes You Stand Out * Knowledge of financial services, credit operations, or operational analytics * Experience with automated monitoring, establishing automation, continuously integrating documentation, or knowledge base development and deployment * Demonstrated curiosity and a track record of rapidly expanding responsibilities and technical capabilities * Experience with Python, PySpark, or R ### Our Main Benefits * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### Our Recruitment Process The selection process begins with your application.
