Junior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, process, and store structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Help in building and optimizing data models and databases for performance and scalability.
  
• Contribute to the development of data integration strategies and solutions to enable seamless data flow across different systems and platforms.
  
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline issues to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
  
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and scripting tasks.
  
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and platforms, particularly Snowflake.
  
• Basic understanding of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
