Job Description

The Product Analytics & Experimentation team supports a data-driven, results-focused product organization. We are looking for a Lead who thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product development, and business strategy, who will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and product background. 

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to optimize acquisition product experiences, providing a data-driven, objective perspective that aligns cross-functional teams on performance against key goals. 

  • Execute against an acquisition analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth teams, ensuring insights drive meaningful improvements. 

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and build scalable self-service solutions for stakeholders 

  • Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance data pipelines in Databricks in collaboration with Data Engineering. 

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, analytical rigor, and teamwork, while driving the company's success.
