In this position, you will own the end-to-end analytics strategy across our primary growth levers—including Paid Media, Referrals, CRM Lifecycle, Partnerships, and multi-product expansion.

Responsibilities
- Growth Track Leadership & Workload Organization: Act as the primary point of contact and lead analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, translating business questions into analytical roadmaps and actionable growth levers.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, empower, and develop a team composed of a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist, raising the bar on analytical rigor, execution velocity, and business impact.
- Attribution & Media Strategy: Own and elevate our multi-touch attribution model, co-redesign our Paid Media investment strategy based on marketing elasticity, and refine Brand budget allocation using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) .
- CRM Incrementality & Lifecycle: Elevate our CRM incrementality testing framework in close partnership with the Partner/CRM team to measure true lift across lifecycle campaigns and push notification/messaging funnels.
- New Bets & Multi-Product Growth: Partner with the New Bets and Product teams to define measurable goals, establish KPI frameworks, and identify quick wins for multi-product adoption (cross-selling wallet, credit, and new regional rails).
