This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring learning directly enables business growth, delivery excellence, and talent readiness.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Business Partnership &amp; Strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future skill needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps covering technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development and skill readiness.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Technical and Capability Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Design and curate learning interventions for Data Engineering roles.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners to create high-impact, contextual learning programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure learning pathways are role-based, progressive, and aligned to career growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage AI tools for content design and development, and learning operations.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Leadership and Behavioral Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for technical and people leaders within the Data Engineering function.</p> </li> <li> <p>Embed skills such as communication, stakeholder management, execution excellence, and people leadership.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Learning Governance and Effectiveness</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Define success metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.</p> </li> <li> <p>Review learning outcomes through feedback from managers, mentors, and participants.</p> </li> <li> <p>Continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track learning progress, adoption, and effectiveness, with a working understanding of LMS capabilities and governance.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Stakeholder and Program Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with HR, Talent, and leadership teams to drive cohesive development outcomes.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>10–13 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, with prior experience supporting Data Engineering or similar technical businesses.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of Data Engineering roles, skills, and career progression.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience designing structured learning journeys covering both technical and leadership development.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to translate complex technical needs into effective learning solutions.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong reporting and analytics capability, with advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> and <strong>PowerPoint</strong> to generate clear, insightful monthly learning reports and dashboards.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Note:</strong></p> <blockquote class="gmail_quote"><em>By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by our Talent Acquisition team via phone call, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your application and relevant career opportunities.</em></blockquote> <p></p></div>
