Job description

MDW Associates is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)) in Alexandria, VA. The management analyst will provide full-time support services to the OATSD(PCLT)'s Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD). The successful candidate must demonstrate a familiarity with, and ability to be effective in, the DoW working environment.

The Management Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:

  • Reviewing NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS shared files and reorganize them to DA&M standards, deleting old records per the file plan disposition instructions.
  • Managing SharePoint sites and assist in the migration of files from the traditional share drive structure to library-based management with SharePoint.
  • Assisting with developing Intelligence Oversight (IO) Professionalization Framework.
  • Reviewing and editing for clarity, language, and grammar IO reports.
  • Assisting with rewriting DOW directives related to IO.
  • Researching laws, Executive Orders, Intelligence Community policies, and DoW polices.

Education/Experience Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and at least three (3) years' work experience with Intelligence Oversight.
  • Experience working within the DoW.

Security Requirement(s):

  • Candidates for this position must have an Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
