The (USA) Manager, Advanced Analytics leads a team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytical models and solutions, driving informed decision-making. The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. By leveraging expertise in analytics, data visualization, and stakeholder collaboration, this position contributes to continuous improvement and business value while maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to understand goals and develop analytics strategies addressing key challenges.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data models and algorithms to drive business results.
  • Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including prototype development, testing, and validation of analytic solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, coaching and mentoring to enhance skills and performance.
  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous learning and accountability.

  • 3 years of proven experience in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in project and stakeholder management to drive strategic initiatives and ensure accountability.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence tools for data visualization and analysis.
