This role combines financial controlling, master data management, and data analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The position serves as a key link between Finance, Business Operations, and Technology, enabling data-driven management through automation, governance, and insightful reporting. The role collaborates closely with the EMEA Finance and Data teams and utilizes the Samurai data lake as the core foundation for all reporting and analytics initiatives.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365, or Workday).
  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate).
  • Experience working with enterprise data lakes and finance structures.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in financial or business controlling, data management, and reporting. 
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query). 
  • Strong understanding of EPM systems, master data structures, and enterprise reporting frameworks. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365, or Workday). 
  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate).
