Job Summary

The Manager, Analytics Operations role is a unique opportunity to help shape how data and AI drive decision-making across Insulet as the company continues to expand its impact on people living with diabetes. This position plays a critical role in advancing Insulet’s analytics strategy, enabling smarter business decisions, accelerating innovation, and supporting the development of life-changing technologies like Omnipod. Position Overview: 
Insulet Corporation, maker of the OmniPod, is the leader in tubeless insulin pumps. The Manager Analytics Operations role is a highly technical leadership position in Insulet’s Analytics COE responsible for the execution of global analytics and data science initiatives, according to Insulet’s data analytics strategy. Working for the Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Advanced Algorithms, you will mentor Data Scientists on the team, and guide the development of tools and processes to transform data into insights with cross-functional subject matter experts. Using data cleaning best practices, aggregation, and joining large datasets, your team will leverage cloud technologies to develop and deploy analytics reporting for a comprehensive view of the business, product, and patient. You will gain detailed knowledge of multiple facets of business operation and collaborate with senior staff in the Analytics COE to support cross-functional efforts spanning R&D, clinical, medical affairs, quality, and global manufacturing among others. This position is intended for an individual with a data science background, and with a demonstrated track record of effective leadership who is highly competent in both hands-on data science work and management responsibilities.
