Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital-first, data-driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) system's next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end-to-end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation — it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain-based, product-centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Job Description Summary

The Manager, Data Product Management supports the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit (OU) data product portfolio and backlog, driving adoption, usage, and change management for data and analytics products across the Operating Unit.

The role delivers cross-domain analytics initiatives, supports scalable decision science solutions, and champions data-driven decision-making with OU and system partners — ensuring data products are delivered, adopted, and continuously improved.

  • Track product usage, value metrics, and adoption results, reporting progress to leadership.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making with business users and system partners.

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across technical and business stakeholders.

Organizational Impact

  • Ensures data products reach and are used by the business teams they are built for.

  • Supports the shift toward data-driven ways of working across the OU.

Innovation & Complexity

  • Improves adoption approaches and product usability based on user feedback and usage data.

  • Applies product thinking to analytics delivery.

Communication & Influence

  • Communicates effectively with business users, technical teams, and partners.

  • Delivers training and change support that build data confidence in the business.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics delivery, business analysis, or related roles.

  • Experience supporting adoption or change management for digital or data solutions.

  • Working knowledge of analytics concepts and data platforms.
