</div><div><p>The Manager, SAP Master Data Strategy is the Subject Matter Expert in material masters and production master data and is responsible to lead, verify, and support SAP data migration activities. This role utilizes deep knowledge in maintaining master data across material master and production master data, including BOMs, Recipes, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, pack specifications, and related manufacturing and EWM master data across SAP systems. This position requires experience and focus on data quality and data cleansing with a strong understanding of production-related master data.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2>
</div><div><ul>
<li>Lead and support through collaboration with various stakeholders on data migration activities on SAP site rollouts.</li>
<li>Train, advise and oversee the master data governance team regarding new rules specific to site rollouts and transition day-to-day new request setup to the data governance team.</li>
<li>Lead, verify and drive master data cutover activities.</li>
<li>Act as the SME and train the site database stewards on how to setup master data specific to the site on Material Master, BOMs / Routes / work centers, packaging specifications and other production and EWM related master data.</li>
<li>As the SME with knowledge of best practices, advise on day-to-day requests of material and production master data changes and ensure data is setup accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>As the data expert on material, production and EWM master data, advise, lead and support quality and PM master data issues.</li>
<li>Proactive in surfacing risks and issues. Ability to engage stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations.</li>
<li>In collaboration with team members, develop standards, guidelines, and processes to consistently address master data issues such as material and production data standards, data quality rules and data synchronization.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and overview on the development of material and production master data processes, guidelines and standards as required and disseminates to business, technology, and application teams.</li>
<li>Lead data extraction and transformation workshops to identify appropriate field mappings, value mappings and business rules for Material Master, BOMs, Recipes, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and related production master data objects.</li>
<li>Determine and implement the build of data profiling, cleansing and transformation.</li>
<li>Provision of medium and complex cleansing rules where required / perform unit testing in tool.</li>
<li>Manage various global data migration projects initiated by stakeholders across West.</li>
<li>Lead the requirements gatherings on data migration, works closely with technical team to develop the migration loads and finally verify and reconcile the data load against the extract.</li>

<li>Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent experience required</li>

<li>Minimum 8 years related work experience</li>
<li>Extensive experience with maintaining SAP Master Data objects such as Material Master, BOMs, Recipes, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, packaging specifications, and other dependent production and EWM master data preferred.</li>
<li>Broad experience desired, but not essential, in areas, such as data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data strategy, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, regulatory compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.</li>
</ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></H2>

<li>Good understanding of SAP business processes in the areas of Production and EWM.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Material Master and Production Master Data dependencies across manufacturing, planning, quality, procurement, warehouse and supply chain processes.</li>
<li>Expert in using various tools to support and perform mass data changes on an as need basis.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).</li>
<li>Ability to analyze complex, abstract issues in a logical, structured way.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels in the organization.</li>
<li>Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.</li>
<li>Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. Extremely conscientious and detail oriented.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization.</li>
