Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 1000 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead with 10–15 years of experience to manage multiple concurrent value streams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong Retail/CPG industry experience, a business-oriented mindset, and expertise across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Demand Planning & Forecasting.

This role requires the ability to identify bottlenecks impacting value realization, prioritize high-impact interventions, and work closely with business and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Retail/CPG business leaders to understand objectives, business drivers, and key decisions—not just document requirements.
  • Lead multiple concurrent value streams and drive initiatives through end-to-end delivery and value realization.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and key bottlenecks, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead executive and operational decision support through data-driven analysis, planning, and performance insights.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact interventions across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to build and enhance Decision Support Systems (DSS), analytics solutions, and data products in partnership with product, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Leverage GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to rapidly prototype solutions and accelerate decision-making.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI specialists.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders and drive alignment toward measurable business outcomes.
  • Track delivery progress, business impact, risks, and dependencies across value streams.
  • Continuously explore emerging AI and technology capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them to business problems.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or other decision-oriented business functions.
  • Significant experience working in the Retail/CPG industry.
  • Strong business-first consulting and problem-solving mindset, with experience working directly with business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of retail functions such as Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to move from business question → hypothesis → analysis → insight → recommendation/action.
  • Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and driving initiatives through end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, BI/visualization tools and/or Python, along with strong analytical aptitude.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities, prioritizing interventions, and translating analytics into measurable outcomes.
  • Interest or hands-on exposure to GenAI, AI agents, automation, or emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
