Task and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain end-to-end master data for finished-product packed (FPP) in enterprise data management systems such as SAP ECC and MDG.
  • Create, update and validate associated master-data elements and records, including Unique Identification Numbers (UINs), material master records, Bills of Material (BOMs) and Production Versions (PVs).
  • Oversee product lifecycle management activities, executing status transitions from product launch to phase-out in alignment with business processes.
  • Preserve master-data integrity by enforcing standardized procedures, automated validation rules and rigorous data-quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in master data management, data entry or administrative roles, preferably within manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, MDG or comparable enterprise data-management systems.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Access and Word; experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence; familiarity with OneNote, PowerPoint and other Office tools is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise master-data governance, procedures and validation rules to ensure consistent, controlled data usage.
  • Knowledge of GMP and data-compliance requirements, with high attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and teamwork skills across departments and locations; process-oriented and proactive in proposing workflow improvements within diverse, cross-cultural teams.
