Position Summary: Vice President role to join our Analytics & Data organization in the NNA Analytics and Insights team function which is responsible for advanced analytics related to building Net New Assets (NNA) reports and creating insights on the key drivers of NNA - the most important and visible metric for the WM business. The role will focus on deep analytics of transactional data, money movement trends, and also support advanced analytics and reporting in Fee-based flow(FBF) and Path-to-Advice flow(P2A) which are two other critical metrics. Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: * Build new data flows to address high-impact business questions regarding Net new asset (NNA, fee-based flows (FBF), path to advice(P2A) flows and competitor flows. * Assist in NNA/FBF/P2A ongoing reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders. * Validate data accuracy, reconcile data inconsistency and troubleshoot idiosyncratic scenarios for high quality deliverables * Analyze business drivers and communicate effectively to associated stakeholders. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Guide junior members across the global team at NY, Budapest and Mumbai in work priority and problem solving ideas * Explore efficiency through leveraging Firm-provided AI tools, redesign processes, and create easy to implement standards across partners Experience: * A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Data or Analytics role, preferably in the financial services industry. * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
