We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Analyst to own the engineering, service delivery, and operational health of the Microsoft 365 platform across the enterprise. This role serves as the technical authority and day-to-day lead for O365 services, ensuring platform stability, security, adoption, and continuous improvement in partnership with service delivery, security, and end-user support teams.

• Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 capabilities in coordination with architecture and security teams.

Service Delivery & Operations:
• Own operational stability and service performance of O365 services, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure clear runbooks, escalation paths, and SLA adherence.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective actions.
Governance, Security & Compliance:
• Ensure services meet enterprise security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with identity and security teams on access controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
• Establish O365 as a predictable, well-governed enterprise platform rather than a reactive support service.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement:
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for O365 service reviews.
• Work with Microsoft and partners to resolve complex issues and influence roadmap direction.
• Provide functional leadership for O365 engineers and managed service partners, setting technical direction, operational expectations, and priorities.
• Hold service providers accountable for service quality, root cause elimination, documentation quality, and continuous improvement

Continuous Improvement & Adoption:
• Improve user experience, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support adoption initiatives and contribute to documentation and standards.
