ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is ideal for a highly experienced payroll professional who can confidently navigate complex payroll processes, drive improvements, and act as a trusted subject matter expert for the wider business. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of managing payroll operations across dynamic environments while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners in a timely manner by following standard procedures and checklists.
Ensure the accuracy of payroll input data by collecting, checking, reconciling, and providing to external vendor.
Ensure the accuracy of payroll output data (including payment and booking files) in a timely manner.
Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management,
Prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance purposes.
Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
Participate in payroll-related projects (if available for the region).
WHO YOU ARE:
You have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll area, preferably within a multinational corporate environment.
You have a solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations and are motivated to further develop your expertise in the payroll field.
You speak English fluently.
You have very good knowledge of MS Excel.
You have strong analytical skills and pay attention to details.
You are thorough in verifying and validating information, ensuring a high level of accuracy in your work.
You are highly organized, conscientious, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You are comfortable working under time pressure and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
You understand how to work with confidential data.
