We will count on you to / 主な職務内容:

クライアント企業の福利厚生制度の可視化から、課題抽出、ソリューションの立案・実行支援までを一貫して担当いただきます。 

  • 現状分析・ベンチマーク調査: 膨大なマーケットデータを活用し、クライアントの現行制度を可視化。競合他社との比較から課題を特定します。
  • 戦略立案・ソリューション提案: リスクマネジメント、コスト最適化、従業員のエンゲージメント向上など、多角的な視点から最適な保険スキームや福利厚生プログラムを設計します。 
  • グローバルプロジェクトの推進: 外資系企業の日本拠点、あるいは日系企業の海外拠点におけるベネフィット管理など、クロスボーダーな案件において海外オフィスと連携しプロジェクトをリードします。
  • 継続的なリレーション構築: 制度導入後もデータのモニタリングを行い、社会情勢の変化に合わせたアップデートを提案し続けるパートナーシップを築きます。 

What you need to have / 必須条件:

  • 法人営業経験(5年以上)、またはコンサルティング実務経験 
  • 仮説構築を伴う企画立案のご経験 
  • Excelデータから示唆を抽出する分析スキル 
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き、およびグローバル会議でのコミュニケーション) 
  • 変化を楽しみ、自ら学び続ける知的好奇心

  • 高い英語力(クライアントや当社海外チームに日本の人事および福利厚生制度の説明・資料作成や討議のファシリテーション、Q&A対応ができる)

  • 福利厚生(会社制度や保険など)への関心 ※福利厚生制度や保険の知識は各種資格試験並びにOJTにより身に付くため、経験は問いません
